Welcome to the 2008 Fall Semester of Dance! We eagerly are looking forward to welcoming new and existing members of the Artistic Motion family. Please read all of the information below carefully, as there are important dates to put in your calendar for this semester.

New Classes Added for Fall 2008

This semester, in addition to our existing curriculum, we are offering many new and exciting programs in order to bring a more enriching and rounded experience to our dancers. As always we are very proud of our faculty and thankful to them for putting their hearts and minds into the development of Artistic Motion School of Dance. Artistic Motion's most important goal is to provide the highest quality of teaching in order to enable our students to achieve their greatest aspirations in dance.

New classes include:

• Tumbling and Acro (Acrobatics/Gymnastics)
• Karate
• Musical Theatre
• Lyrical Dance
• Cecchetti Method of Classical Ballet

Semester Administration Fee

In order to continue to bring quality dance instruction to our students, a $35.00 administrative fee will be charged this semester per student and will be due upon registration. This fee covers the overall management of the program, including the registration process and the handling of funds.

Payment Options

There are two options for payment:

• Payment in full upon registration
  OR
• 1/2 payment due by September 17th, and 1/2 payment due by October 17th

All accounts must be kept current within 30 days, or the Directors of Artistic Motion reserve the right to suspend the student from the program until the account is paid in full.

Costume Deposit for Spring Semester

A $30.00 non-refundable costume deposit will be due on October 1st. The remaining amount will be billed as soon as all costume fees are decided for the Spring Performance. Please make checks payable to Artistic Motion.

Returned checks will be charged an additional $25.00 fee.

Spring Performance

Please note that our Spring Performance has been scheduled for Sunday, May 31st at 4:00 p.m. Technical rehearsal will be on Friday, May 29th at 3:15. Dress rehearsal will be May 30th at 12:00 noon. Please do not make conflicting plans, as it is imperative for all of our students to be present.

Dance Company Auditions

Artistic Motion Dance Company will hold auditions Saturday, September 6 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. All previous members as well as anyone interested in joining our Company need to be at these auditions. The auditions are held for students ages 9-adult with previous dance experience. Members of Artistic Motion Dance Company commit to attend every Saturday rehearsal that is required.

Artistic Motion reserves the right to suspend from a performance any Company Member who has more than two unexcused absences.
